Return/Exchange Policy

At Orange Mittai, we work very hard to curate only the best and finest quality products for our dear customers . Each product goes through tenacious quality check before we dispatch. In case you received a defective product or you have changed your mind after placing the order, we are here to help you.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
We accept return or exchange only within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products. If it passes the specified time period, we can't accept return or exchanges. 
Attention: All products that are under offers/clearance sale/ any sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return/Exchange process

We accept return only for the defective products. For other reasons such as size issues etc., we can exchange it for another product of your choice.  To initiate the return or exchange process, please write to us at admin@orangemittai.com within 2 days, mentioning your Order ID in the subject of the email id, and the product that you want to return/exchange, with the reason, with relevant pictures. 

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status in 24-48 business hour. 

If your request is approved, you need to ship the product back to us. Once the returned product is received at the warehouse, the Quality Control team will verify the product(s) within 1-2 business days.

After the verification process is complete, we will process the return/exchange. In case of exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product. 


Please note: 

  1. Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  3. Shipping charges in case of Return due to defective items will be borne by Orange Mittai, in all other cases, shipping charges have to be borne by the customer
Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be returned/exchanged.
Modify / Cancel

If you wish to modify the order after placing it, kindly write to us at admin@orangemittai.com and our team will assist you in the best possible way.


To cancel the entire order, please log in to your profile and navigate to the Orders section. You can select the specific order and provide a reason and cancel it. Canceling is only possible before the products are shipped, beyond that please write to us at admin@orangemittai.com and our team will assist you in the best possible way.


Upon cancelling a pre-paid order the refund amount will be credited to the source account, please note that any transaction/platform fees will not be refunded.
